Within the business development team we are responsible for the sales and technical support of the Saluqi Motors powertrains and software. We generate leads, understand the products, know the specifications and can discuss any technical topic with our customers.

Your task is to break open the market with our innovative powertrains and take our sales to the next level.

Tasks

• Analyzing customers' needs and recommending products

• Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts simply

• Writing reports and proposals for vendors or clients related to technical products

• Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential buyers

• Building relationships with clients and encouraging long-term buyers

• Connecting with customers after a sales pitch to answer questions or provide advice

• Making sales pitches at demonstrations or conference events to persuade an audience to buy an item

• Meeting sale quotas and commission goals

• Traveling to meet with vendors or to lead instructional demonstrations for a product

• Tracking sales and sharing sales information with a manager or team lead

• Researching the competition, current market trends and learning about new technology products

• Product training

 

Requirements

• Electronic engineering background preferred

• Experienced in sales

• Salesforce or similar sales software

• MS Office

• Fluent in English both verbally and written. (Extra languages advantageous)

Within the production & engineering team we are responsible for the creation and quality of the Saluqi Motors powertrains and software. You collaborate cross functionally, analyze requirements, write efficient/scalable code, debug defects and deliver high quality software solutions .

Tasks

• Responsible, together with your developer colleague, for the creation of (embedded) software for the Saluqi powertrains and their customer software.

• Responsible for the Go/No Go decision of software releases

• Test the quality and functionality of software before release

• Develop and execute (acceptance)test programs on software builds and report on the results.

• Provide technical support/feedback internally and to customers.

• Build/Contribute to the production and quality process.

 

Requirements

• Experience in programming

• QT

• GitHub

• Embedded system programming (STM)

• FreeRTOS or ChiBiOS experience preferred

• Flutter experience preferred

• Electrical insight, basic knowledge about how electric motors work is preferred

• MS Office

• Be a subject matter expert and a mentor to junior team members

• Fluent in English both verbally and written. (Extra languages advantageous)
